Site Characteristics Urban commercial development site intended for a shopping center. Located within Jintai Section (Land Nos. 13, 13-1, 13-2, 13-3), Zhongshan District. Site area about 24,764 m².

Project Scale Above Grade: 8 Floors Below Grade: 4 Floors. Excavation depth approximately 20 m.

Geotechnical Features Scope of work included site reconnaissance, subsurface drilling, laboratory testing, and engineering geological assessment. Performed evaluations of soil mechanical properties and designed earth-retaining and excavation support systems. Conducted analyses for excavation stability, foundation bearing capacity, and settlement performance. Assessed soil liquefaction potential and provided construction recommendations.
