Location: Gushan District, Kaohsiung City

Site Characteristics Designated as the third tallest commercial building in Kaohsiung. Total site area: approximately 38,466.17 m².

Project Scale One 47-story tower with 6 basement levels (office tower) Two 23-story towers with 5 basement levels (hotel towers) Floors 1 to 12 are shared podium levels accommodating a shopping mall, fitness center, aquarium, cinema, and other commercial facilities. Excavation depth of approximately 24.6 m

Geotechnical Features Geotechnical Features Constructed using the top-down method. Diaphragm walls with a thickness of 120 cm were installed, embedded 2-3 m into bedrock, serve dually as temporary earth retention and permanent basement walls. Internal buttress walls were placed along the site perimeter with thicknesses of 60 cm, 80 cm, and 120 cm, reaching depths of 32-44 m below ground level.
