Geotechnical Features To support the government’s initiative to promote tourism in eastern Taiwan and meet recreational development needs, the Hualien Ocean Park Co., Ltd. planned the construction of a marine theme park and a five-star resort hotel on hillside terrain in Shoufeng Township, Hualien County.
