Project Scale

Geotechnical Features O1 Station adopted diaphragm walls and internal bracing as the temporary earth-retaining system for station excavation. During the fifth-level excavation on August 9, 2004, a sand boiling incident occurred along the diaphragm wall. To ensure excavation safety for the subsequent resumption of works, our company was invited to provide geotechnical consulting services. A full-time geotechnical engineer was assigned on site to assist with professional advisory support throughout the recovery and continued excavation stages.
