Site Characteristics Hillside Residential Community Development
Project Scale Approximately 13 hectares; planned construction of 356 residential units including apartment buildings and villas.
Geotechnical Features Soil and water conservation design. Detailed site grading coordinated with building pad elevations, internal roadway system design, drainage channels, chute structures, and detention/sedimentation basins. To ensure slope stability after grading, the design incorporates geotechnical structures such as pile-supported retaining walls, large-diameter soldier piles, micro-piles, and soil nails with waler beams for slope protection.
