Location: Neihu District, Taipei City

Site Characteristics Alluvial strata along the eastern margin of the Taipei Basin, primarily composed of silty sand interbedded with clayey silt or silty clay. Bedrock is encountered at approximately EL. -22.9 to -34.2 m. Located in the vicinity of the Taipei Fault. Site area approximately 41,532.54 m².

Project Scale Tower A: Above Grade: 31 Floors/ Below Grade: 5 Floors. Tower B&C: Above Grade: 23 Floors/ Below Grade: 5 Floors. Maximum excavation depth is approximately 23.32 m

Geotechnical Features Constructed using the top-down method. Diaphragm walls with thicknesses of 120-150 cm and depths of 37.5-42.5 m serve dually as temporary earth retention and permanent basement walls. Internal buttress walls were installed around the site perimeter, with thicknesses of 70-80 cm, extending 33-40 m below ground level.
